For our capstone project, I took complete ownership of establishing our phase milestones, organizing team schedules, and mapping out every development task from the initial design phase to final implementation. By serving as a central point for tracking operational progress, I ensured our group remained highly aligned and prepared for major project reviews.



To maintain transparency across the team, I designed and managed a comprehensive Gantt chart that detailed all overlapping technical tasks, responsibilities, and key deadlines. This systematic approach to scheduling allowed us to identify potential development bottlenecks early, optimize our workflow under our team leader’s direction, and consistently meet every academic project milestone smoothly and on time.

A key challenge in team development is managing concurrent workflows without causing overlapping dependencies or project delays. By maintaining our comprehensive progress chart, I acted as a bridge across our development sprints, coordinating task handoffs and keeping tabs on weekly operational velocity. This ongoing alignment under our group leader’s strategy ensured that frontend adjustments and database structuring moved forward smoothly without blocking each other.

Throughout the semester, I actively monitored our schedule for potential risks, such as extended debugging cycles or sudden integration hurdles. By assessing these friction points early, we were able to redistribute development tasks dynamically, giving the team a realistic buffer to troubleshoot codebase issues while keeping our hard deadlines completely safe.
The final phase of our scheduling methodology focused heavily on system validation and preparing for intensive project defenses. I structured strict timeline checkpoints specifically dedicated to system walkthroughs, user testing, and formatting our documentation. This disciplined approach to our timeline ensured that every core module was fully functional, thoroughly reviewed, and aligned with academic standards well ahead of our final presentation.
